Interpretation and Definitions
Words with their initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Application: refers to the software program provided by the Company, downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Streamflow App.
- Affiliate: means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where 'control' means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for the election of directors or other managing authority.
- Country: refers to Spain.
- Company: referred to as 'the Company', 'We', 'Us' or 'Our' in this Agreement, refers to Antonio Mas.
- Device: means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
- Service: refers to the Application.
- Terms and Conditions: also referred to as 'Terms', mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Third-Party Services: refers to services or content (including data, information, applications, and other products or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
- You: means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Intellectual Property
The Application is proprietary software, and its original content, features, design, logo, and any other visual elements are the exclusive property of Antonio Mas (hereinafter, "the Company"). These elements are protected by intellectual property laws in Spain and internationally.
Unauthorized use of the trademark, design, or any visual elements of the Application is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Application Usage
Streamflow App is a media player designed to facilitate the playback of user-provided channel lists and media.
The Application does not include proprietary content nor stores any transmitted content. The user is responsible for ensuring that any content played through the Application complies with applicable laws, including those related to copyright and intellectual property.
Responsibility for Reproduced Content
You are responsible for any content you upload, share, or create using the Service. You agree not to use the Service to post illegal, defamatory, abusive content, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.
The Company does not own nor is responsible for the content users decide to play using the Application, including content protected by copyright or intellectual property laws.
Improper use of the Application to access or play content illegally will be the sole responsibility of the user. The Company reserves the right to suspend access to the Application for any user who misuses it.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Additionally, You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that You visit or use.
The company is not responsible for any service interruptions that your provider may impose for any reason.
Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) Channels
The Application allows the playback of open, publicly available Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) channels distributed by the respective television operators.
The broadcasting, retransmission, distribution, and content rights of these channels are the exclusive property and responsibility of the operators, groups, and media companies responsible for their distribution. Streamflow App acts solely as a means to facilitate access to these channels and does not interfere with their distribution.
Distribution and Business Model
The Application is distributed free of charge through official platforms.
The financing of the Application is carried out through the inclusion of advertisements in its interface. The Company is committed to ensuring that such advertising is non-intrusive and complies with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
Privacy and Data Protection
For information on how we collect and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. The Application does not collect personal information directly but uses third-party tools (such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics, and Firebase) to improve service quality and display personalized ads.
Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. The Company does not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruptions or errors.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company or its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising from the use of the Service.
Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for device slowdowns or malfunctions caused by excessive memory or resource usage, especially on low-end or outdated devices.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Spain.
Compliance with the Spanish LOPD
In compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD), the Application informs that data collected through third-party tools (Crashlytics, Google Analytics) is used exclusively to improve service quality and does not include personally identifiable information.
If you believe any of your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes related to the Service, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company first.
